In addition, this role will focus on maximizing ROI related to social media marketing activities across the enterprise. The ability to drive business impact is an imperative, as is the ability to recommend new strategies and to optimize existing campaigns Essential Job Functions: Develop, implement, and optimize social media marketing strategies and initiatives to market the company attributes in multiple social media channels Conduct in-depth analysis of program performance across key metrics to recommend and execute enhancements in marketing creative, promotions, and the customer conversion . Generate buzz and interest in various forms of digital media such as online videos, blog posts, news articles, images, and more Monitor social media sites and actively participate in positive promotion of Company products and services. Partner with others in corporate marketing, business units and external partners to ensure alignment and optimization of resources Evangelize the company go-to-market strategy and its implementation through social media marketing throughout the organization. Interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and exploit opportunities for growth Lead best practice integration of online and offline marketing in concert with other key marketing leaders Ensure key talent is hired and retained through development and other engagement activities Coordinate, facilitate, and assist marketing associates with search marketing projects and initiatives. |
| Requirements: | - Bachelors degree in Communications, PR, English, Marketing or other related field - 8+ years B2C marketing, communications or PR experience - 2+ years of social media experience - Deep familiarity with social media, viral and word of mouth online marketing practices Extensive knowledge of search engines and a thorough understanding of social media network nuances and jargon - Experienced builder and executer of online social media strategies |
