Seeking a 5-7 year fast track professional that has managed major Consumer products Accounts in the Food/Drug, Mass or Club channel (not interested in team leaders willing to take a step back)
Position Overview
Trade Strategy Development/Implementation: Develop in conjunction with, Field Sales, and Brands, the trade strategy for assigned brand category and assigned customers. Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management.
• Tracks business customer and competitive trends and develops business by building actionable insights and recommendations primarily associated with trade.
• Manages and leads the development of new trade strategies that will result in increased sales profits and reduction of costs.
• Oversees the development compliance and settlement of operation group trade plans.
• Develops and implements trade spending element analysis and insights.
• Will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams


• 4 year college degree
• 5-7 years combined experience Trade Marketing & Sales in the consumer products industry (products that are typically found in Mass Merch/Drug/Food classes of trade)
• Relevant experience would include: Account Management to top retailers; fullcycle sales; trade marketing/customer marketing within the CPG Industry
• Strong analytical skills; syndicated data
• Computer proficient
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data and Customer Management Process

Compensation:$90-$120k + 15% Bonus
