Description:A Global Leader In Health & Hygiene Responsibilities • Lead the short and long-term commercialization strategy and plans for his/her across assigned brands • Partnering closely with the Customer teams in the field and with the teams in headquarters (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance) to drive the right go-to-market strategy and plans that fits both with the corporate objectives and with the trade realities, interests and needs. • Define clear and specific Sales Fundamentals (assortment, merchandising, pricing and shelving) strategy for his/her channel that will enable the customer teams to win at their respective customers. • Be the “trade” gate-keeper of all new innovation, ensuring that any national launch it is set up for success with the trade and driving customer Innovation. • Develop ready-to-sell stories and materials that translate our portfolio and commercial strategies and enable the customer teams to sell effectively, with special focus on Top 15 Accounts. • Influence the brand’s activation to make sure it is being translated in the different channels and at top customers. • Ensure that all the Sales/Customer insights are incorporated into the company’s planning process. • Responsible for mining & leveraging US & global shopper, channel, and category insights to develop a 4P “Go to Market” strategy that drives outperformance both for our customers and company. Key accountabilities • Accountable for reaching the Sales Fundamentals objectives • Accountable for the achievement of the sales targets for the channel under responsibility • Accountable for developing long term growth strategy for the channel
Requirements:• 4 year college degree • 5-7 years combined U.S. experience with major retailer;Trade Marketing & Sales in the consumer products industry (products that are typically found in Mass Merch/Drug/Food classes of trade) • Thought leadership • Strong analytical skills; syndicated data and panel information • Computer proficient • Strong organizational skills • Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data and Customer Management Process **THIS IS VERY MUCH A CAREER DEVELOPMENT ROLE. (5-7 YEARS AND READY TO ADVANCE IN 1 ˝ -2 YEARS
Compensation:$100-$130k + 20% bonus (max 40)
