Job Description

 . 
To proactively manage the sales and profit potential of Wakefern with the objective of maximizing sales, distribution, category insight influence and display support on all key categories. Optimizes business performance in order to achieve company goals (including - Forecasting, sales, profit, ROI & new item listings) Must work with and motivate a multi-functional team covering all aspects of the channels business needs to deliver profitable volume

Responsibilities
• Execute brand initiatives and plans.
• Deliver sales plan
• Manage within trade budget & profit guidelines
• Penetrate accounts and improve customer relationships 

Requirements:4 year college degree required
  2-4 years CPG  Sales experience – documented success
  
  Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data and Customer Manager Process, as well as Microsoft Office
  Ability to develop business plans, forecast sales and provide on going analysis of factory and syndicated data
  Record of stability; more than 2 companies in a 4 year period need not apply
Compensation:$70-$95K + 15-30% Bonus, Car Allow, Benefits
