Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Provides analytical insights to deliver greater share of promotion, distribution and shelving. Prepares, in conjunction with Customer Teams, the customer sales forecasts and trade promotion plans Works closely with team director in preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews Leads analytics for team during cross functional calls Leverages analytical tools (including customer-specific tools and data) to develop new department and category insights through the analysis of MAPS. Assist in developing new category insights through the analysis of the sales fundamentals at the customer to bring the company brand experience to life in the aisle. . Creates or customizes the central annual category reviews for the categories he/she supports by adding key insights and trends specific to the customer in the area of the 4 C assessment (Category, Competition, Customer, Consumer) Collaborates with the team leader and Account Executives in the teams planning process around identifying strategic opportunities, analyzing and aligning with the team’s business plans
Requirements:• 4 year college degree. • 1-3 years’ experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Syndicated Data: Nielsen/IRI, Panel, Spectra, Brand U&As. • Some direct Sales and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations preferred. • Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis AND use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories. • Good understanding of Customer Management Process • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI) • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task • Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation:$75-$85k + (15-30% Bonus) ,401k, Benefits
