Description:Company This position is with a division, of a 100 year old, $500mm + company. They are one of the leaders in their business Targeted Skillsets: • Success prospecting and selling to both existing and targeted customer base, including extensive cold calling • Success selling directly to high-level decision makers (Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehousing) • History of defining and selling value in B2B environments. • High-level proficiency at identifying qualified prospects within the CPG, Pharma and various manufacturing industries and utilizing skilled sales techniques to close opportunities • Diligent in New Business Prospecting. 40-50 phone calls per week, to potential new customers • Researching emerging, related industry market segments and trends both individually and with the assistance of Industry Directors • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Design, Finance and Marketing groups to create value for the company and customers • Working cross-functionally in applying New Product Development process to uncover new market and customer driven solutions • Developing selling relationships high & wide with existing and new customers • Developing an Annual Business Plan to meet and exceed budgeted goals
Requirements:Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven track record of success • MUST HAVE EARNED INCOME AT LEAST IN PART BY COMMISSION • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization throughout an extended sales cycle • Disciplined & strong ability to work in independent environment • 2-3 nights weekly overnight travel frequently
Compensation:80 base plus 40k-50k commissions, Car,Benefits
