Description:•Relentless pursuit of company mission, operational excellence, quality products, essential customer partnership and positive financial returns •Establish and execute the company’s major goals and objectives •Inspire leadership team on developing/implementing plans, policies, and goals aligning with strategic objectives, as well as providing leadership, coaching and support to direct reports and indirect teams •Develop and maintain effective organizational structure and personnel •Analyze, model and evaluate the effectiveness of operations and plant functionality for internal and external services • Ability to manage customer objectives and protect the Company’s positive professional reputation •Establish effective internal reporting and communication processes to ensure adequate information flow at all levels •Conduct regular reviews of sales, production and quality activities and implement improvements/corrective actions as needed •Oversight of all HR and safety related functions for production facilities/team members
Requirements:•Bachelors degree (Masters Preferred) •10+ years management experience within CPG Food Manufacturing (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT) Must have experience managing multiple plants and have at least $500mm in volume. •This is managing 5 plants nationally. Top line close to 3000 reports. •Knowledge of leading/managing facilities in multiple, geographically dispersed, locations •Proven ability to formulate and implement plans, policies, goals, and objectives to increase company market share, growth and profitability •Knowledge of process controls, production efficiencies and integrating new concepts and designs (any perishable, refrigerated, or meat processing a plus) •Holistic knowledge of case ready food processing from supplier to consumer, including an understanding the implications of process change to customer and company financials strongly preferred •Ability to manage customer objectives •Proven successful customer relationship management •Willingness to travel 20-25% of the monthly schedule •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively externally and internally with all levels
Compensation:$300-$350K + Bonus + Benefits + Relo
