Need a person that has experience selling into the supply chain. Trucking service to a plastic bucket. Targeted Skillsets: - Experience prospecting and selling to both existing and targeted customer base, including extensive cold calling - Experience selling directly to high level decision makers (Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehousing) - History of defining and selling value in B2B environments, showcasing cost of ownership over acquisition price Duties & Responsibilities: - Prospecting heavily, 40-50 phone calls per week, to potential new customers - Translating the value of existing and new products and services, using financial payback tools - Researching emerging, related industry market segments and trends both individually and with the assistance of Industry Directors - Working cross-functionally in applying New Product Development process to uncover new market and customer driven solution - Developing selling relationships high & wide with existing and new customers - Developing an Annual Business Plan to meet and exceed budgeted goals
Requirements:Experience & Requirements: - Bachelorís Degree - Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven track record of success - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization throughout an extended sales cycle - Disciplined & strong ability to work in independent environment - 2-3 nights weekly overnight travel frequently
Compensation:80-90 base 30k in commissions/bonuses Co car/cell/
